So those fuckers at Dell sent me a computer with bad memory. Why do I call them fuckers? Because I will NEVER be able to convince them that they sent me a computer with bad memory. I know it's bad memory because for three months I've gotten blue screens, I've formatted numerous times and changed the OS without any success. However, since I swapped out the memory last week I haven't had any problems.
Now, do I really bother sitting on the phone for several hours trying to convince some dude in Bangalore to send me $25 worth of memory? Hmmmm, I think not. Still, the principle...

second of all, the insurance plan would have been more than $25. so dell would have won in this case.
